I really love this high chair! Fantastic quality. It’s beautiful and provides my daughter with plenty of support which is great for her position. I like how it can be folded up to be stored out of the way and it is also made of wood which makes it very sturdy. The removable tray and being able to adjust the height of the seat and foot rest has been very useful. The feature of the fixed post (which can be removed when little one is older) is very reassuring that she won’t slide out. I also like the 5 point harness. I have got my fingers caught in other plastic high chair harness clips but on the waffle 2 the clips are of a different design and good quality. Yes it can be a hassle to get the straps right first time, but with some practice it can be laid out in a way that little one is placed in and then just grab and click in. It comes with a 4 year guarantee. I have found sourcing additional/spare parts from Cosatto an easy experience.

At first we thought this high chair was great, but once beginning weaning we realised it was really difficult to get our daughter in and out of. I’ve now noticed my little girls shins are red and look sore when she’s been sat in this high chair. This is being caused by the wooden bit that she sits in and having to try and get her legs through this. This has left me so upset, we’re now pausing our weaning as she’s getting so upset when trying to put her in the high chair, which is making this situation worse. We’re now having to look for a different high chair, which isn’t what you want when having spent so much!

Quality of chair is great. We find it really hard however to get our baby in and out of the chair. He is a 93 centile guy granted but it shouldn't make a difference when this can be used for a long time. The button to release the straps doesn't always release them all easily and I find them faffy to get set up right around him. I worry about getting him out in case of choking which is not what you want. I have to lower the seat to get my baby in and then raise it back up so his body is at the right height. Not a huge fan at the moment. I do like that both seat and footrest height are adjustable.

Honestly this product is not great the cushioning isn’t wipeable so would need washing on the daily. The straps are the biggest faff I’ve ever come across wow so difficult I wouldn’t normally use straps however, this highchair makes it so easy to stand, my 8 month old is standing up in this far to easily. Not impressed for the price tbh
